A couple of the children caught the flu. I’m not feeling well, either, but I had a little burst of overfunctioning that I used to cook some good stew and waffles with plenty of leftovers.
This letter from a dear friend arrived today and lightened the mood. It’s filled with beautiful fragrances. #snailmailisthebestmail
Remember the set up for my Some Myrrh video podcast? The first video is up. Link in profile @somemyrrh #orthodoxchristian #orthodoxwriter #ptsd #prayer #somemyrrh FB friends, view at: https://youtu.be/-VCVqL5HEc8
I made gluten free flatbread yesterday and used pretty sea salt flakes on top. So great! I plan to make it often now.
I got more of my workspace set up, and I am adding more Social Thinking work into our routine. #stnektariosacademy #homeschool #accessiblehomeschool
I saw these cute little ducklings crossing the road with their mama today. So cute.
I unpacked the Duplo church sets this week. I’m probably going to set one up in our homeschool room for Lent. We have a big Duplo surprise coming for the kids this weekend. Looking forward to sharing more about that soon. #childrenofjoy #orthodoxchristian #duplochurch
Happy Valentines Day from the Children of Joy!
Last summer when my mom almost died of sepsis, I realized a truth that was there all along. Read more on my blog. Link in profile @somemyrrh Facebook readers, the post is on my website, summerkinard.com along with most of my other posts. Feel free to share. #orthodoxchristian #faith
